Local Engagement is our main driver for success and growth.
This starts with putting down roots with an office in Busselton and employing local staff. As an established business in Perth we were able to expand into the region with some of our existing customers, which allowed us to build some additional local connections and relationships.
We utilise multiple trade businesses in the services/work we deliver and our move to the Southwest has provided additional opportunities for many small businesses. One of the key benefits of Oban in the Southwest is providing opportunities for small businesses to work with us on larger projects (contracts, refurbishments, minor works, etc.)
Our contractor network is constantly evolving and expanding as we grow our business, and we hope that a number of businesses are able to grow with us.
Relationships are fundamental in our business and this is a non-negotiable in the Southwest region. Small communities are built on relationships and connections which lead to customer loyalty, retention and referrals.
We also understand that supporting the local community is important and we are now in our second year of sponsorship with the Geographe Bay Football Club, based in Busselton. We look forward to continuing this relationship for a long time into the future.
